Plenty of room for large groups to gather or spread out. 6 smart Tv's, one in each bedroom and 2, 75 inch Tv's located in each living room. Fully loaded kitchen and outdoor grill make it easy to cook at home. The neighborhood Splash park is right up the street along with 2 picnic areas and a full playground for the kids. All of this and close by shopping area include Target, Walmart, Aldi, Hy-vee, and Costco. Close by dining and bars too!

Bright and open floor concept along with a great fenced back yard and bbq to gather with comfortable outdoor seating and outdoor dining. This home is just steps away from Flanagan Lake which offers a scenic walking and running trail. Plenty of room for large groups to gather. Each bedroom has its own TV. There is a fully loaded kitchen for cooking along with a keurig and drip coffee maker. All of this and shopping only 2 miles away- area include Target, Walmart, Aldi, Hy-vee, and Costco. Also great local dining and bars within minutes. All in the heart of West Omaha Elkhorn area.
HOUSE RULES AND GUIDELINES
We are happy to host you and your guests. To ensure a safe and comfortable stay for everyone, please review the house rules below before booking.
Booking Requirements
- Guest booking must be 25+ years and provide a government-issued photo ID via email, text or the app after booking.
- Travel insurance is recommended in the case you would need to cancel your reservation for emergency, illness or travel issues with flights and weather.
General House Rules
• No parties, smoking, drug use, or vaping inside the home.
• Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM.
• Maximum occupancy is 10 guests.
• The booking guest must stay at the property and is responsible for guests.
• No unauthorized entry into locked off areas —this will end your stay immediately.
* Doors need to be locked when no one is occupying the house
Respect the Space
• No glitter, hair dye, tanning products, or food dyes.
• No frying foods or preparing dishes with curry/aromatic dishes that leave lingering odors for next guests
• No holes or tape on walls.
• Return furniture to its original place before checkout.
• No Candles (fire hazard).
• No standing or jumping on furniture.
• Top bunk has a 300lb weight limit.
• Please don’t let kids operate/touch ceiling fans.
Outdoor & Parking
• Smoking/Vaping is allowed outside ONLY —please extinguish and dispose of cigarette butts in the large trash bin on the side of the garage. Smoking inside the house will be a $1000 fine.
• No RVs/campers/trailers on the property.
• Please park in the driveway if possible
Lawn maintenance is once a week April- November and may occur during your stay (mowing or minor landscape work)
Sprinklers run in the early morning (spring through fall).
Technology & Safety
• Do not tamper with exterior security cameras, Wi-Fi, or internet equipment.
• Mattress covers stay on the beds.
Important Notes
- No access to the garage
- Outdoor furniture and firepit is seasonal and stored Nov- Mid April
Pet Policy
• Dogs only, under 40 lbs, max 2 dogs.
• Pet fee will be applied
• No unauthorized pets—this will cancel your reservation.
• Dogs must be crated when left alone and are not allowed on furniture or beds
• Owners must clean up all pet waste, waste bags available upon request.
Service Animals
• Service animals must be disclosed in advance.
*Service animals must remain under the handlers control at all times
*They may not be left unattended in the property unless previously approved by host
*The animal must be housebroken and guest is responsible for any damage or additional cleaning caused during the stay
*Service animals are not allowed on furniture or beds/bedding.
*Animal feces must be disposed of in the exterior waste bin by the garage.
ESA are not considered service animal by law and can be accepted under our pet policy - see above.
